To live fully
We need to appreciate what we have
and not lose heart about what we don’t have
Appreciate what we can do
and not murmur about what we can not do
The partial is part of the total
appreciate what is
cause one day, that too will be no more!
May we all appreciate this moment
appreciate the breath we breathe
appreciate the time we have been given
May appreciation bring us
the fullness of life
within the time we are given.
