Breathe…Dance

Stay in my lane
Keep it cool
Keep the main thing the main
Keep the peace…Stay sane
Harmony and serenity remain

Remember
Not everyone wants to change
Nor deal well with change
Find them not strange
It is not in their scope or aim

So Meditate & Reflect
Remember the dance
And every day comes a chance

Rub your legs and declare
The beauty of dancing in the snow
Emotions flow
Snow Cha Cha and let it go
Breathe slow
Remember what you know

Doo Wop
Through the icy slippery frustration
Irritation and agitation
With love there is no separation

Heart to heart
Dancing is an expressive art
Ready set start
