There’s Still Time

Shaped by social events
that others say is irrelevant
Money seen and money spent
Raging Question?
Where has all the time went?

Getting older, angry and alone
A once valued king/queen
Now disowned
Unknown and dethroned…

Bitter
Their true love they pushed away
Their own wisdom they disobeyed
conflict and complaints
tick tock plagues their day

When can there be rest
How can you feel at your best
Did you know you were blessed.

Too busy looking in the social mirror
things got blurrier not clearer

O’my
who am I, too scared to ask
what dream, that is too much of a task…

Surely

Examining and changing it’s not too late
living life to the fullest needs no rebate
Peace or frustration, what’s to debate
Love is a pronunciation that one can demonstrate

Tick Tock
