Beyond…On the far side
far from lips is a history
Is a heart…Is a Mind…Is a Soul
You see the words unfold
that have crossed borders
Survived like dead sea scrolls.
Outlived the outrage
broke out the self-defeating cage,
Marveled at the bleeding
that stained a blank page
I have the privilege to write and speak
Go in the valley and rise to the peak
If words is all I have
may they produce peace
Let them abound
and the readers serenity increase
